I will admit that I have not exercised but twice in 2 weeks. Between working every night and not feeling very well I have been tired. I am feeling the effects of not exercising. I have drank a little more water than I normally do, but not much.
On another subject...I am threatening to throw out the couches in living room. My children ask me if I am going to replace them. The answer is...NO. They ask what are we going to sit on. They don't like the idea of sitting on the floor. Ashley especially believes that I will not sit on the floor. Actually, I would like to throw a bunch of things out. I will have to restrain myself. It was interesting when throwing out the old entertainment center. I got it out the front door and pushed on it and it collapsed in nice neat pile. Definitely made it easier to put in the truck.
Jen bought a Dyson vacuum on Monday. She loves it. She has used every day and multiple times a day. I hope that it lasts longer than the cheapo's we've bought the last few years. Thanks James for the info.
What else can I ramble about?

Here is what my exercise plan looks like.

My plan looks like this. First of all I thought it would be fair to myself to give myself 300 points for the first 10 weeks of exercise. I have decided to give myself 5 points for every time I work out. As mentioned earlier I do not like to pack a lunch. I figure I would award myself 5 points for every time I eat an appropriate lunch. I will also award myself 1 point for every pound I lose. No, I will not pay myself for pounds that I lose more than once. I am not much of a water drinker. I will give myself 1 point for every cup of water that I drink. My goal is 1,000 points. I have not stated my prize yet, but I am thinking about it. I would like to get a Wii, but that has yet to be determined.
